Allergic Reactions and Sensitivities: While we prioritize clean and gentle ingredients, clients must disclose all known allergies and sensitivities to the therapist before the service begins.
We cannot offer refunds for services or products resulting in an allergic reaction if the client failed to disclose known allergies or if the reaction is determined to be a new, unpredictable sensitivity.
Due to the nature of instant delivery for digital content, we must enforce strict rules for these sales:
No Refunds After Access: All sales are final for online courses, pre-recorded challenges, and downloadable programs once the user has accessed the content or received the download link.
