In-Person Services (Facials)

This section covers all services delivered by our highly trained therapists using proprietary, certified protocols.

  • Zero Refund Policy on Completion: The Refund Policy for all completed Facials, Massages is zero (0).

  • Subjective Satisfaction: Refunds will not be granted based purely on subjective dislike of the treatment's feel, smell, or immediate visual outcome. We encourage clients to communicate any discomfort immediately during the service.

  • Allergic Reactions and Sensitivities: While we prioritize clean and gentle ingredients, clients must disclose all known allergies and sensitivities to the therapist before the service begins.

    • We cannot offer refunds for services or products resulting in an allergic reaction if the client failed to disclose known allergies or if the reaction is determined to be a new, unpredictable sensitivity.

Digital Products (Face Yoga School Courses, E-books)

Due to the nature of instant delivery for digital content, we must enforce strict rules for these sales:

  • No Refunds After Access: All sales are final for online courses, pre-recorded challenges, and downloadable programs once the user has accessed the content or received the download link.

Physical Products (House of Beauty Skincare & Tools)

This applies to all serums, creams, and physical tools (rollers, guasha, etc.) purchased through our website.

  • Eligibility Window: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the return criteria.

  • Return Criteria: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging with the original invoice or proof of purchase included.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

    • We will process a replacement or refund, minus a 5% deduction to cover processing and shipping overheads.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for standard returns.

 How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  • Processing: Once eligibility is confirmed and the product (if physical) is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to store credit after 5% deduction.
